Due to State and Federal regulations, the Home Delivery pharmacy is unable to accept prescription returns unless authorized by a licensed pharmacist. If you feel there is an issue with your order, please contact a representative at 1-800-607-6861 and ask to speak with a pharmacist. Any return that has not been authorized by a licensed pharmacist will be returned to the patient.
ORDERING, STATUS, AND SHIPPING INFORMATION:
If you are low on your medication, please contact your prescriber and have them call in a two-week supply to a local pharmacy.
Please order at least two weeks in advance of running out.
The Home Delivery pharmacy only transfers prescriptions from other Costco pharmacies. If your prescription is at a pharmacy other than Costco, please request a new prescription from your prescriber.
Please allow 1-4 days for processing once your prescription has been received by the pharmacy. After your order has been processed, it can be delivered to your home in 6-14 days. Expedited shipping services are available for an additional charge.
To prevent a delay in your prescription therapy, we may ship your items as they are completed. At times, it may take longer to fill certain prescriptions. You will not incur additional shipping charges for split orders.
PAYMENT, PRICING, and INSURANCE INFORMATION:
The Home Delivery Pharmacy accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Costco Credit Card.
